Analysis by Region - Emerging Markets - Croatia
Description
We raised our GDP growth forecasts for Croatia by 0.7ppts to 3.2% in 2025 and 0.6ppts to 2.5% in 2026. Private consumption and investment are growing strongly, so we revised our long-term forecast for GDP up as the productive capacity of the economy looks higher than assumed. Strong employment growth and record tourism inflows will largely offset trade disruption.
