Macro - Country Economic Forecasts - Spain
Description
We lifted our GDP growth forecast for Spain to 2.7% this year and 2% in 2026, amid signs of continued strong momentum in activity. Spain will repeat this year as the fastest-growing major economy in the Eurozone, as the economy is more insulated from the trade war with the US than most of its neighbours, and strong tourism flows, a resilient labour market, and consumer spending will continue to prop up activity.
