Two-component addition-type room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber is composed of two main components: one is a silicone polymer containing vinyl (or propylene) functional groups, usually as component A; the other is a hydrogen-containing polysiloxane crosslinker, as component B. After mixing, these two components will undergo an addition reaction (hydrogen siloxane reaction) to achieve vulcanization. This reaction can be carried out at room temperature without heating or pressurization. At the same time, no low molecular weight substances are released during the reaction, so no shrinkage occurs during the vulcanization process.
