Vacuum infusion mesh is a disposable, open-structured mesh used in composite manufacturing to facilitate even resin distribution during the vacuum infusion process. It's placed on top of the fiber reinforcement, under the vacuum bag, and acts as a flow medium to guide the resin throughout the mold, ensuring the fibers are fully saturated and preventing dry spots.

Core raw materials include polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyamide (PA, nylon), and polyester (PET). These products are significantly affected by fluctuations in international petrochemical prices. The technical level of the equipment (especially mold precision) directly determines the performance and quality ceiling of midstream products. In midstream extrusion molding (the mainstream process), molten plastic is extruded through a specialized mold, stretched, and cooled to form a regular mesh structure. By varying mold and process parameters, products with varying thicknesses, mesh shapes, and porosity can be produced. The downstream sector is the engine driving the entire industry chain, generating all demand. Key sectors include wind power, shipping and transportation, and aerospace.
