The tuning fork gyroscope is a miniature gyroscope that is commonly used in electronic products in daily life. The working principle of the tuning fork gyroscope is based on the Coriolis force (also known as the Coriolis force). Inside the gyroscope, there are two driving electrodes that can drive the adjacent mass block to vibrate at high speed, similar to the vibration mode of the "tuning fork". When the gyroscope is affected by the angular velocity in the external plane, this high-speed vibration will generate Coriolis force in the vertical direction, causing the structure to deform, and then the mass block will move closer to or away from the sensing electrode, causing a change in the electrode charge. By detecting this charge change, the angular velocity can be detected.
