The latest all-plastic low-temperature drying technology is used to ensure the cleanliness and temperature control accuracy in the tank, and improve the life of the fabric after texturing. Adopt a pressure-free chip loading device to reduce the silicon wafer breakage rate. Easy to maintain and adaptable to silicon wafers of different specifications and thicknesses.
