Silicon-based Micro-LED microdisplay panels are display devices that integrate micron-scale Micro-LED pixel arrays onto a silicon chip using a silicon substrate. Silicon-based Micro-LED microdisplays, as a core track of next-generation high-brightness, high-contrast, and low-power display technologies, are gradually moving from the technology verification stage to industrial mass production.
