Global Polymer Pouch Consumer Lithium-ion Cell Market Growth 2025-2031
Description
The global Dry Film Lube Mold Release market size is predicted to grow from US$ 279 million in 2025 to US$ 405 million in 2031; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 6.4% from 2025 to 2031.
The impact of the latest U.S. tariff measures and the corresponding policy responses from countries worldwide on market competitiveness, regional economic performance, and supply chain configurations will be comprehensively evaluated in this report.
Dry film lube mold release agent is a mold release material that forms a uniform, solid, and extremely thin dry coating on the mold surface. It is mainly used in the molding process of thermoplastic, thermosetting resin, rubber, composite materials, polyurethane and other products to prevent the products from adhering to the mold and improve the demolding efficiency. Unlike traditional oily or solvent-based mold release agents, dry film mold release agents quickly dry to form a solid film after spraying or brushing. It is not easy to transfer and does not pollute the surface of the product. It is suitable for scenes with high requirements for surface cleanliness and subsequent processing (such as painting and bonding). Its advantages include many demolding times, long service life, and good surface consistency of finished products. It is widely used in high-standard manufacturing industries such as automotive parts, electronic packaging, aviation composites, tires, and shoe molds.
