Two photon direct writing lithography machine is a high-resolution lithography technology used to manufacture micro and nano scale structures and devices. Compared with traditional lithography technology, two-photon direct writing lithography machines have higher resolution and greater manufacturing freedom. The working principle of a two-photon direct writing lithography machine is to use the combined action of two photons to achieve high-resolution pattern writing. Traditional lithography techniques use ultraviolet light or electron beams for exposure, while two-photon direct writing lithography machines use the nonlinear absorption effect of two photons to achieve exposure. The two-photon direct writing lithography machine uses a special light source, usually a femtosecond laser. This type of laser can emit extremely short pulse laser beams, with each pulse duration at the femtosecond level. When this short pulse laser beam is irradiated on the photosensitive material, nonlinear absorption occurs only at the focal point of the beam, forming a very small exposure volume.
