A multi-channel parallel concentrator is an instrument used for sample concentration and enrichment. It has multiple channels and can process multiple samples at the same time, improving concentration efficiency and sample processing throughput. Multi-channel parallel concentrators usually use solid-phase extraction technology to enrich and purify target analytes using solid-phase materials (such as adsorption resins). Each channel consists of a solid phase extraction cartridge, and the sample is processed through each channel. During operation, the sample is pretreated and then enters the solid-phase extraction column of each channel through the sampling system. The target analyte in the sample will have an affinity interaction with the solid-phase material and be enriched on the solid-phase material, while other interfering substances will be eluted. The eluate is then collected and sent to subsequent analytical instruments for quantitative analysis. The advantage of the multi-channel parallel concentrator is that it can process multiple samples at the same time, which greatly improves the efficiency and throughput of sample processing. It is suitable for high-throughput sample processing requirements, such as environmental monitoring, food safety, drug analysis and other fields. At the same time, the multi-channel parallel concentrator also features automated operation and high repeatability, which can reduce operating errors and improve the accuracy and reliability of analysis.
