They are specially used to detect the strain changes of objects during force deformation. They are widely used in wearable electronics, biomedical monitoring, soft robots, virtual reality interaction and other fields. Their working principles are mostly based on resistance changes (strain resistance) or capacitance changes (strain capacitance). When the sensor is stretched, bent or twisted with the carrier, the conductive network changes structure, causing electrical parameters to change, thereby achieving strain perception. Flexible stretchable strain sensors have high sensitivity, fast response, low power consumption and good human adaptability. They can be used to monitor human movements, joint angles, muscle activities and even skin micro-movements, and promote the development of health monitoring and human-computer interaction technology.
