High-voltage electrospinning machine is a kind of equipment used for electrospinning. The main principle of electrospinning technology is to use a high-voltage electrostatic field to excite the charged jet of the polymer to solidify the jet to obtain polymer nanofibers. In short, the basic electrospinning device should consist of the following parts: DC high voltage source, liquid storage device, spinneret and collection device. The DC high-voltage source provides a high-voltage electric field for generating polymer jets. The two poles of the electric field are respectively connected to the spinneret and the collecting device. The polymer solution stored in the liquid storage device flows out from the spinneret to form droplets, and the droplets on the surface of the electric field Charges are accumulated and stretched by electrostatic force to form a cone-shaped structure. Once the electrostatic force breaks through the surface tension, the jet will be excited to oscillate and shake rapidly in the air, stretching and refining continuously, while the solvent volatilizes, the jet solidifies, and finally settles on the collecting device to obtain nanofibers. This technology is widely used in the fields of medicine, biomedicine, environmental science and nanomaterials. It has the advantages of simple preparation process, relatively low cost, adjustable fiber diameter and formation of nanostructures with high surface area.
