A furnace temperature profile recorder is a multi-channel temperature data acquisition device used to measure the actual temperature change of a workpiece over time in equipment such as reflow ovens, tunnel ovens, coating curing ovens, and heat treatment ovens. It typically consists of a high-temperature resistant data recording host, multiple thermocouple probes, and accompanying analysis software. During production, the recorder passes through the furnace along with the workpiece, collecting temperature-time data at various measuring points in real time. After exiting the furnace, the data is imported into a computer to generate a furnace temperature profile and automatically calculates key process parameters such as preheating time, reflow peak temperature, holding range, and curing time. This data is used for process debugging, quality verification, and process monitoring to ensure that welding, curing, or heat treatment processes are under control. In 2024, sales reached 150,000 units, with an average price of $1,980. Single-line production capacity was 15,000 units, with a gross profit margin of 45%.
