The ferric phosphate drying system is a system specially used for drying ferric phosphate materials (such as paste, slurry, filter cake, etc.). The system mainly consists of two core parts: flash drying system and rotary kiln drying system. The flash drying system uses a rotary flash dryer to quickly dry the ferric phosphate material. Hot air enters the flash main tower tangentially from the air inlet at the bottom of the main engine, forming a spiral rising high-speed rotating airflow. The material enters the drying tower directly through the spiral feeder, and is quickly dispersed and rotated at high speed with the airflow under the impact and drive of the high-speed airflow, thereby achieving drying. The rotary kiln drying system is used to high-temperature roast the powdered ferric phosphate material after flash drying. The rotary kiln transfers the heat generated by natural gas or coal gas electric heating to the ferric phosphate material, so that it is further dried and roasted at high temperature.
The ferric phosphate drying system is suitable for the incineration, decomposition, drying, calcination and roasting of powders or particles such as non-metals, metal ores, carbonates, oxides, hydroxides, sulfides and oxygen-containing acid salts. In particular, the system plays a vital role in the production process of lithium iron phosphate battery materials.
