The electronic pressure regulating differential pressure airtightness instrument is a high-precision device that uses the differential pressure principle to detect the airtightness of products. Its core lies in accurately controlling the detection pressure through the electronic pressure regulating system, and combining the differential pressure sensor to monitor the pressure difference between the tested piece and the standard product in real time. The device inflates the tested piece and the standard product cavity to the set pressure at the same time, and uses the differential pressure sensor to compare the pressure changes of the two. If there is a leak in the tested piece, its internal pressure will drop due to gas loss. The sensor converts the pressure difference into an electrical signal, and calculates the leakage amount after processing, thereby judging whether the product sealing is qualified. Its electronic pressure regulating function can flexibly adapt to the detection needs of different products, ensuring pressure stability and measurement accuracy.
