The instrument consists of a microwave generator, a polytetrafluoroethylene/quartz digestion tank, a temperature/pressure sensor and a program control system. It supports the entire process of automatic sample addition, gradient heating (up to 250°C), constant temperature maintenance and gradient cooling. It is equipped with overpressure protection, infrared temperature measurement redundancy and explosion-proof design, and complies with international standards such as EPA 3052. The system is widely used in the fields of environment, food, metallurgy, etc. It can efficiently process solid/liquid samples (such as soil, polymers, biological tissues), achieve organic matter destruction, metal dissolution and inorganic matter decomposition, and provide homogenized sample matrix for analysis techniques such as AAS and ICP-MS.
