The 3D dynamic focusing fiber laser marking machine is a three-dimensional surface processing equipment based on fiber laser and high-precision dynamic focusing technology. Its core principle is to achieve real-time positioning and dynamic adjustment of the focal length of the laser spot in three-dimensional space through the coordinated control of the galvanometer system and the dynamic focusing lens group. Specifically, the equipment uses a fiber laser as a light source (usually with a wavelength of 1064nm), and uses an F-θ lens to project the laser beam to the two-dimensional galvanometer scanning field. At the same time, a dynamic focusing mirror (such as a variable focal length liquid lens or an electric focusing module) is used to compensate for the difference in focal depth of different processing planes, thereby forming a high-energy density spot that is always clear on the surface of curved surfaces, inclined surfaces or complex three-dimensional workpieces. This technology breaks through the plane processing limitations of traditional 2D marking machines and can automatically adapt to changes in product surface height (Z-axis dynamic range is usually ±50mm). While maintaining marking accuracy (≤0.01mm), it can achieve three-dimensional effects such as deep carving, three-dimensional relief, and curved surface engraving. It is widely used in precision processing scenarios in industries such as consumer electronics, automotive parts, and medical devices.
