This IDC Market Forecast presents a view of MFP shipments in Western Europe by end-user segment, focusing on the home market; businesses with fewer than 10 employees, 10 to 99 employees, 100 to 499 employees, and more than 500 employees; and government/education."As lockdowns eased in 2021, businesses switched their attention back to their internal print infrastructure. Sales of laser devices increased, but supply chain issues curtailed growth opportunities.
