This IDC Financial Insights Perspective looks at the demographic profile of Canadian bank clients along with their use of technology to support their banking needs. Data was obtained via an online survey involving more than 1,000 respondents. The results provide a good overview of the profile of financial institution (FI) clients in Canada.
