This IDC Market Note discusses new products from Intel and AMD announced at Computex for the AI PC era defined by Microsoft's Copilot+ specifications. These include 16GB RAM, 256GB storage, and a SOC with a 40 TOPS minimum neural processing unit (NPU). AMD's Ryzen AI 300 series, with 50 TOPS NPUs, starts shipping in systems in July 2024.
