Modular-Pilot Operated Check Valve is a liquid-operated check valve that operates on the basis of a close fit between the spool and seat for one-way flow control. The valve adopts pilot control, that is, opening on the other side of the valve, and controlling the inflow and outflow of hydraulic oil through the pilot valve to realize the control of the valve core to the seat. When the hydraulic oil flows from the inlet end, a certain pressure is applied upward, so that the spool is opened downward, and the liquid flows through the middle channel, at this time, the control chamber that was originally connected with the channel is cut off. When the hydraulic oil flows out of port B, the oil pressure on the spool is released, and the spool will quickly close so that the hydraulic oil can no longer flow back. Used in a wide variety of industrial applications, these valves provide a reliable fluid control solution, especially where high flow rates or remote control of the return function are required.
