It is an active phased array radar that implements beam electronic control scanning, signal transmission and reception. It is mainly used to amplify transmitting and receiving signals, as well as control signal amplitude and phase. The T/R module consists of a low-noise amplifier, a power amplifier, a limiter, a phase shifter, etc., and is widely used in precision guidance and radar detection and other fields.Active phased array radar T/R module (i.e. transceiver module) is the core component of active phased array radar. It is located at the RF front end of the active subarray of the phased array radar. It mainly includes two channels of transceiver and transceiver, which complete the final power amplification of the transmitted signal to the array element and the previous amplification of the received signal, and realize the functions of amplitude and phase correction of the array surface and beam scanning.
