Hariri Pontarini Architects and DIALOG have been appointed as architects, Janet Rosenberg + Studio as a landscape architect and Bousfields as a planner.

On July 31, 2017, an application for zoning bylaw amendments and an official plan amendment was submitted to the City of Toronto.
