The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex comprising 15 to 20 new buildings on 464,515m2 of area. It includes the construction of 2,600 residential units, 139354.6m² of office space, a 200-room hotel, a grocery store, a retail anchor, restaurants, parking space, three parks, a public plaza and a water-front greenway that includes recreational access to the Willamette River.
