YNH Property Bhd (YHN) is undertaking the Kiara 163 Mixed-Use Development Project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The project involves the construction of mixed-use facilities across 2.42ha and will be developed in two phases.

The First Phase includes the construction of two 40-storey towers comprising 584 units Hotel. Tower A will include the construction of 202 apartments and penthouse and Tower B includes the construction of 382 apartments.

The Second Phase includes the construction of 30-storey office tower with 308 units know as "SOVO".

The project also includes the construction 3-storey retail podium, 4-storey basement car park, 16,258m2 auditorium, shopping center and parking facility, and the installation of safety systems and elevators.

The residential development on completion will be managed by Swiss-Belhotel group under the name Swiss-Belhotel Mont Kiara Suites and Residences.

YNH Construction Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of YNH Property Bhd, is undertaking the construction work, TJ Ong architects has been appointed as the design contractor for the retail section.

Construction scheduled to be completed in 2019.

4. Construction of 55,277m2 residential space

5. Construction of 13,192m2 retail podium

6. Construction of 16,258m2 auditorium
