The first phase includes the construction of an eight-story building and a 23-story tower with 352 residential units, 2,043m2 of retail space and 390 parking spaces at the southeast corner of St. Clair Avenue and West Sixth Street.

The project includes the construction of four towers ranging from 23- to 30-stories, restaurants, entertainment facilities, 9,290m2 of retail space, parking and related facilities.

Gensler has been appointed as architect and Gilbane Building Company as the construction contractor.

Weston and Citymark unveiled the project plans in November 2015.
