Woody Ventures LLC (WVL), a Colorado Limited Liability Company, is planning to undertake the development of a mixed-use community in El Jebel, Eagle County, Colorado, the US.

The project involves the construction of a 53,698m2 mixed-use community on 29ha of land in phases.

The project will include 41,891m2 residential space with 340 apartments, 12,501m2 of commercial space with 5,620m2 of hotel comprising 100 rooms, 2,499m2 of retail space, 1,876m2 of restaurant space, 1,876m2 of office space, parking and related facilities.

Land West, LLC has been appointed as landscape architect for the project.

In September 2009, the project received the first of three rounds of approval and then put on hold till 2013.

In August 2013, WVL requested County to extend secured approvals for two more years towards implementation.

In 2015, WVL submitted a revised proposal with increase residential and commercial components to that submitted in 2009, which is now set for second review by the Eagle County Commission (ECC).

On October 8, 2015, final meeting for planning approval will take place.

In November 2016, WVL submitted a revised planning application by reducing the number of residences from 400 to 340 to ECC.

Subject to approval, construction is scheduled to commence in 2018.

The Tree Farm project involves construction of a 53,698m2 mixed-use community on 29ha of land in El Jebel, Eagle County, Colorado, the US.

The US$200 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of 340 apartments

2. Construction of 100-room hotel

3. Construction of 12,501m2 of commercial space

4. Construction of parking and related facilities
