Wangard Partners Inc (WPI) is planning to build a forensic lab building in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, the US.
The project involves the construction of 13,935m2 a three-story forensic lab building. It includes the construction of laboratories, 4645m2 office space, an ancillary accommodation, a storage building, 360 parking spaces and related facilities.
On August 2015, WPI purchased the site on North 113th Street from MillerCoors beer distributor for $4.8 million.
Once the project is complete, the Wisconsin state will lease the building from WPI up to 35 years.
The environmental impact evaluation will be conducted throughout the summer and fall with a decision made at the end of November.
As of July 2017, planning activities are underway.
