WIP Littleton Village LLC (WIP), a part of Watt Investment Partners, is undertaking the construction of a mixed-use complex in Littleton, Colorado, the US.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex on 21.4ha of land. It includes the construction of 23,225m2 of retail and office space, around 900 residential units comprising single-family and multifamily homes, parking and related facilities.
AMLI Residential has been appointed as the developer to construct a 352-unit class A apartments, 836m2 commercial space, two live-work units in two three-story buildings on the project site.
Studio PBA has been appointed as the architect, Norris Design as the planners and landscape architects and Harris Kocher Smith Engineers as the consultants for the project.
In September 2013, WIP acquired the 31.1ha project site for US$21.5 million. However, it sold 9.7ha of land to Richmond American Homes and Century Communities Inc.
In July 2014, the project received planning approval from Littleton City Council.
In April 2015, Norris Design has submitted the final site development plan.
In March 2016, WIP received final site development approval for 352-unit class A apartments.
The in-house team of AMLI Residential is undertaking the construction works.
Lithko Contracting Inc. has been appointed as the foundation contractor, Harris Kocher Smith has been appointed as civil engineer.
Construction activities on residential homes are underway. AMLI awaiting necessary construction permits for the retail section.
