It includes the construction of a 6,503m2 shopping center comprising six buildings with individual retail spaces, as well as three out-parcel buildings, a 346-unit multifamily complex of which 19-story building comprising 302-unit apartment community and a nine-story building comprising 44 townhomes with an investment of US$42 million and US$15 million respectively.
It also includes the construction of commercial facilities, retail units, a medical office, access roads, parking, related facilities and installation of elevators, safety and security systems.
In October 2015, Unicorp selected Roger B Kennedy Inc. as construction contractor for Venetian Isles.
