The project is being developed in two phases:

The first phase included the development of a high-end 18-hole golf course, which has already been completed and now open to play.

The second phase of the development includes the construction of a 5-star hotel, luxury villas, high-end apartments, outdoor pool and resort facilities, restaurants, event areas, a wellness center and related facilities.

In 2016, the final master plan and conceptual design were approved as well as the signed the project management contracts.

Infrastructure design works along with planning activities are underway.

Scope

The project involves construction of a mixed use development on a 2,200,000m2 area in in Marrakech, Morocco.

The US$500 million project includes the following:
