The project involves the construction of a 111,483m2 logistics hub. It includes the construction of 1,324 auto parking spaces, 1,064 trailer storage spaces, 57 retail auto spaces, 216 tractor service parking spaces storage facilities, warehouses, administrative space and distribution units.
On November 8, 2016, UPS filed an application for building permit with the Atlanta City Council (ACC).
