The United Financial Group (UFG) is planning to undertake a mixed-use development at 9601 Elderberry Road in Madison, Wisconsin, the US.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use development on 15.44ha area and are planned to be developed in five phases. It will include the construction of 137 apartments in three-story single building in the north-central portion of the site and 145 apartments in four three-story, 26 condominiums and other related facilities.
The 145 apartments would be constructed on two 39-unit buildings, one 35 unit building and one 32-unit building.
AG Architecture has been appointed as the design architect, Trio Engineering as the site engineer, Schuler & Associates Inc as building engineer, Garland Alliance, Inc as landscape architect and United Construction & Development, an in-house division of UFG, as the general contractor for the project.
In March 2013, UFG submitted its development proposals to local authority for planning approvals.
On August 19, 2015, UFG submitted the letter of intent to Department of Planning & Community & Economic Development for approval of a Certified Survey Map to begin the phased construction of the 145 apartments.
