In April 2016, UCD submitted project plans to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to erect a 300m tall high-rise project.
In September 2016, FAA concluded that the project could rise 229m height limit.
In January 2017, project reduced to 66 story tower with 800 condominiums.
