Woods Bagot has been appointed as architect, and PT. Wijaya Tribwana International as landscape architect for the project.

On April 17, 2012, Leighton Welspun Contractors was awarded US$47 million construction contract.

In June 2012, construction work commenced.

Construction works on five towers has been completed

Construction works on the sixth tower are underway and expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2019.
