The Foxfield Company (TFC) is planning to build a mixed-use complex in Covington, Georgia, the US.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex on 72.6ha of land. It includes the construction of a 70,353m2 of retail space on 31.5ha of land, 24,526m2 of office space, 1,226m2 of restaurants, a 4,877m2, 900-seat movie theatre, a hotel complex with three hotels comprising two 105 and one 100-room on 2.1ha of land, residential space on 6.4ha of land and parking facilities.

TFC acquired 40.3ha of land for the development of the project from Covington City Council (CCC) through bidding process.
In February 2016, the project has been stalled as TFC withdrew from the proposal. However, on August 15, 2016, CCC approved land purchase contract (LPC) in exchange for road construction and infrastructure installments funded by TFC.
In January 2017, Covington City Council unanimously approved the ordinances for implementation of the project.
In May 2017, Covington City Council approved construction performance agreement to develop the project.
Construction is expected to take 15 years to complete.
