The second phase of the project includes the construction of 102 residential units, 326 parking spaces.
ICON Architecture has been appointed as architect and CWC Builders has been appointed as general contractor for the project.
In January 2013, the demolition works for the Gardener building commenced.
In December 2013, construction works on the first phase commenced and completed in November 2015.
Planning activities are underway.
