Taicheng Development Corporation (TDC) is planning to build a mixed-use community in Britannia Beach, British Columbia, Canada.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community comprising 1,000 housing units, including single-family houses, townhouses and apartments, over an area of 55ha of land. It includes the construction of a central park, commercial space, a coffee shop, a pub and restaurant, a business center, a transit hub, an elementary school, parking and related facilities.

In June 2016, TDC submitted planning application with revised plans to Squamish-Lillooet Regional District board.
