MVH Urban Planning & Design Inc. has been appointed as master planner, Kerr Wood Leidel Associates as civil engineer, Bunt & Associates as transportation planning and engineering consultant, Hatch Mott MacDonald as consulting engineer, Piteau Associates as engineering consultant, Cascade Environmental Resource Group as environmental consultant, Calum Srigley Design Consultant, Endall Architecture, Frank Ducote Urban Design as architects, Perry & Associates as landscape architect, Perrier Design as graphic designer and Rollo and Associates as lead consultant.
In June 2016, TDC submitted planning application with revised plans to Squamish-Lillooet Regional District board.
In October 2016, Squamish-Lillooet Regional District conducted public hearings on the project plans.
Subject to approval, construction is expected to commence in 2017 and will take 15 to 20 years to complete.
