The project involves the construction of a 106,838m2 distribution center on 40.4ha of land. It includes the construction of a warehouse, storage units, distribution units, loading and unloading facilities, an administrative space, 58m truck courts, 216 dock doors and 283 trailer stalls, 2,000 parking spaces and the installation of safety and security systems.
Conewago Enterprises, Inc. has been appointed as the contractor, KSS Architects as an architect. Colliers International, and Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. have been appointed as leasing consultants.
In May 2016, construction works commenced.
Construction works are underway and are expected to be completed by the end of 2017.
