Conewago Enterprises, Inc. has been appointed as the contractor, KSS Architects as an architect. Colliers International, and Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. have been appointed as leasing consultants.

In May 2016, construction works commenced.

Construction works are underway and are expected to be completed by the end of 2017.
