On October 19, 2015, Harvest Court Construction Sdn Bhd (“HCCSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Anzo Holdings Bhd awarded US$37 million 30 months construction contract for the first phase.

On March 22, 2017, HCCSB awarded US$25 million 36 months construction contract for the second phase.

As of August 2017, construction works on the first phase are underway.
