Littlejohn Engineering has been appointed as engineering consultant and RPM Transportation Consultants as traffic consultant.

On December 27, 2016, SVL submitted the rezoning application to the Spring Hill Planning & Zoning Department (SHPZD).

In February 2017, SVL secured first rezoning approvals from the SHPZD.

In May 2017, SVL secured final rezoning approvals from the SHPZD.

Construction on the first phase is scheduled to be completed by 2021, the second phase by 2026 and the third to fifth phases by 2037.
