In March 2014, the public consultation process is commenced on the project.
On March 27, 2015, SSL submitted a planning application to the Tower Hamlets Council.
In April 2015, Tower Hamlets Council is conducting consultations for the project.
In February 2016, SSL revised the plans from 33-story to 28-story and 608-homes to 557-homes, SSL submitted the revised plans to Tower Hamlets Council.
In June 2017, the revised plans were rejected and 28-story reduced to eight-story.
