The project involves the construction of three mixed-use buildings ranging eight, 12 and 24 stories comprising 399 residential units on 36,185m2 area. It includes the construction of 6,794m2 retail and commercial space, 393 parking spaces, and related facilities.

The ground and second floors for all the buildings will be used for commercial or industrial uses and the remaining floors for residential space.

RAW Design has been appointed as architect with Aird & Berlis LLP and Urban Strategies Inc as the planning consultant.

On November 26, 2013, SLC submitted a revised planning application to TCC.

On July 10, 2014, SLC submitted the development application to Ontario Municipal Board (OMB).

Scope

The project involves the construction of three mixed-use buildings ranging eight, 12 and 24 stories comprising 399 residential units on 36,185m2 area in Toronto, Canada.

The US$100 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of 6,794m2 retail space and commercial space

2. Construction of 393 parking spaces

3. Construction of related facilities
