The State Government of Ceara suspended Cetenco Engenharia from the consortium and replaced it with Construtora Marquise.
Construction work is on hold and State Government of Ceara is in the process to get fund from the federal government and BNDES - Banco Nacional do Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social.
