The project involves the construction of biofuel refinery with a processing capacity of 45,000 barrels per day (bpd).
The project includes the construction of fuel retailing units, hydro treated and catalytic reformer units, a distillation unit, the installation of a vacuum flash and the laying of oil pipelines.
