Rayjon Group (Rayjon) is planning to undertake the construction of a Vantage Gold Coast village project in Queensland, Australia.
The project involves the construction of six residential buildings on 2.4ha of land. It includes the construction of 357 apartments, a resident’s lounge, infinity edge pool and wading pool, a gymnasium, media rooms, and parking and related facilities. The project is being developed in stages.
The first stage involves the construction of two residential buildings namely Dusk, comprising 35 apartments over five-story building and Eve, comprising 24 apartments over four-story building.
The second stage involves the construction of a residential buildings named Dusk “Dawn” comprising 113 apartments.
Ellivo Architects has been appointed as an architect, Form Landscape Architects as landscape architect, and Nyholt Constructions as enabling contractor for the project.
In May 2014, Rayjon secured approvals from Gold Coast City Council (GCCC) for the project implementation.
In April 2015, the designed master plan was unveiled to the public.
In September 2015, site clearance works were initiated.
In December 2015, Condev Construction Pty Ltd was appointed as the construction contractor for the first stage.
As of July 2017, construction works on the first stage completed.

Planning activities on the remaining stages are underway.
