Rank Progress SA (RNK) is planning to construct a mixed-use facility at Wejherowska St in Wroclaw, Poland.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use facility comprising 2,586 residential units on 14ha of land. It will be implemented in phases.
The first phase involves the construction of a residential community comprising 1,100 apartments in 10 buildings, the second phase includes the construction of 12 buildings with 1,080 apartments, and the third phase includes the construction of 496 apartments in six buildings.
The project includes the construction of 78,000m2 office buildings and other commercial facilities and a marina on the river Odra.
On December 20, 2016, a subsidiary of RNK signed a preliminary agreement for the purchase of developed property with Bank Zachodni WBK.
Central Fund of Immovables has been appointed as associated developer and AP Studio as architect for the project.
As of July 2017, demolition works are underway and construction of is expected to commence in 2018.
