Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) is upgrading and widening the Showground Road in Castle Hill, New South Wales, Australia.
The project involves the upgrade of the 1.2km Showground Road from a two-lane partially divided carriageway to a four-lane divided carriageway. It includes the construction of 1.5m and 2.5m wide footways along the corridor, three large raised planter bays in the medians, and related infrastructure, the renovation of the intersections of Showground Road with Britannia Road, Rowallan Avenue, Cecil Avenue, Kentwell Avenue/Cheriton Avenue and Pennant Street, and the relocation and adjustment of utilities.

In March 2016, RMS shortlisted companies including BMD Constructions, Georgiou Group Pty Ltd, and Seymour Whyte Constructions Pty Ltd.
In April 2016, Seymour Whyte Constructions Pty Ltd is appointed as general contractor for the project.
On May 3, 2016, construction works commenced on the project.
In June 2016, NSW government is providing funding for the project.
On May 16, 2017, Landscape Architect was appointed as civil landscaping infrastructure works.
Construction works on Britannia Road and Cecil Avenue expected to complete by September 2017.
