Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) is undertaking the upgrade of Mitchell Highway at Guanna Hill, New South Wales, Australia.
The project involves the realignment of a 7.2 km section of the Mitchell Highway near Molong. It includes the provision of 3.5m wide lanes and 2m wide sealed shoulders, and a 1.6km eastbound overtaking lane at the southern end of the road.

In April 2016, FKG Group was appointed as the major work contractor for the Guanna Hill realignment on Mitchell Highway between Orange and Molong.
In July 2017, 85% of earthworks, 10% of a road surface and 50% of drainage now completed.
Construction activities are expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
