Swaback Partners appointed as an architect for a 2,787m2 mansion.

In July 2015, the Reno City Council approved the project development plan.

In October 2015, RLDC purchased the site.

On June 2, 2016, a ground breaking ceremony was held.

In November 2016, a new information pavilion was opened for the project.
